Compensation: Approximately $4,000 per month

Position Overview
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the daily execution of marketing operations across multiple Hyundai dealership locations. This position plays a vital role in maintaining the group's online presence, managing communications with vendors, and ensuring marketing systems and campaigns run smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and eager to learn in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Navigate and manage Facebook (Meta) Business Suite to schedule, publish, and monitor social media posts and advertising campaigns for each dealership.
Act as a liaison between dealership management and marketing vendors, helping identify and resolve issues related to websites, digital feeds, advertising platforms, and other marketing systems.
Manage and troubleshoot website content and data feeds, ensuring inventory, pricing, and promotions are current and accurate.
Perform data entry, campaign tracking, and reporting to measure performance across platforms.
Collaborate with the Vice President and IT Director to streamline marketing communication and ensure alignment across all stores.
Communicate effectively with vendors to resolve feed or website errors, update content, and coordinate campaign changes.
Maintain documentation of marketing activities, vendor correspondence, and campaign results.
Assist with various marketing-related administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Experience using Meta (Facebook) Business Suite or a strong ability and willingness to learn quickly.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Basic understanding of social media, website management, and online marketing tools.
Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic reporting (Google Sheets, Excel, etc.).
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Experience (Not Required)
Previous experience in automotive marketing or working with dealership websites and vendors (e.g., Dealer.com, Sincro, DealerOn).
Familiarity with Google Business Profiles, social media advertising platforms, or CRM/lead management tools.
Background in customer engagement, content creation, or digital analytics
