Our client is seeking a talented Paid Media Specialist to join their dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing paid media strategies that drive measurable results across a variety of platforms. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on campaign management, data insights, and delivering client success in especially in a B2B environment. Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and manage paid digital campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Indeed, and others Conduct keyword research, refine audience targeting, and craft compelling ad copy to optimize campaign performance Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve campaign outcomes Collaborate with creative and client services teams to ensure ad creative aligns with campaign strategy Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and regular calls Stay current on digital ad platform updates, tools, and trends Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience managing paid media campaigns Proven experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into strategic decisions Previous agency experience is a plus Excellent communication skills and comfort in client‑facing interactions Experience working with B2B clients is preferred Self‑motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively Full‑time, Hybrid Position (Remote Mondays and Fridays; in‑office Tuesday–Thursday) Compensation starts at $65,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications Benefits include Health, Dental, 401(k), and more Compliance Statement LHH Recruitment Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
