Grant/Proposal Writer & Fundraising Strategist (Full-Time, Remote)

Start date: November 1, 2025

Location: Remote (global applicants welcome)

Employer: Eleviv Publishing Group (supporting Bread of Hope and partner non‑profits, churches, and social enterprises)

We’re hiring a salaried Grant/Proposal Writer & Fundraising Strategist to partner directly with our founder on multiple, concurrent proposals. You’ll research opportunities, craft winning narratives, manage deadlines, and help shape fundraising strategy across several impact‑driven organizations. This is a high‑ownership role for a self‑starter who thrives in a fast, mission‑focused environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify, vet, and track grant opportunities from foundations, corporations, and government sources.
  • Lead end‑to‑end proposal development: needs statements, logic models, outcomes, evaluation plans, budgets, and attachments.
  • Coordinate inputs from program, finance, and leadership; keep stakeholders aligned on timelines and deliverables.
  • Build a grants calendar, manage submissions, and maintain a clean repository of templates, boilerplates, and reporting artifacts.
  • Draft stewardship materials: LOIs, sponsor decks, renewal cases, impact updates, thank‑you letters, and reports.
  • Support fundraising campaigns (major gifts, sponsorships, and events) with concise copy and board‑ready briefs.
  • Track metrics (awards, success rates, deadlines, report due dates) and continuously improve win rates.

You’ll Succeed Here If You

  • Are an exceptional writer and editor with a concise, compelling voice and airtight grammar.
  • Have 2–5+ years (or a strong portfolio) in grant/proposal writing with verifiable wins.
  • Can juggle multiple deadlines, work independently with minimal direction, and communicate proactively.
  • Understand budgets, program design, outcomes/outputs, and monitoring & evaluation basics.
  • Are comfortable working across non‑profits, churches/faith‑based orgs, and social enterprises.
  • Use AI sparingly and judiciously; we value original thinking and human‑crafted narrative.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with U.S. foundation/corporate/government grants; international experience a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRMs/grant portals (eCivis, Fluxx, Foundant, Grants.gov, SAM, JustGrants). [But not a must].
  • Design sense for clean decks/one‑pagers; data visualization literacy.
  • Knowledge of food security, education, health, youth programs, and community development.

Compensation & Work Style

Full‑time salaried role; compensation commensurate with experience, with potential performance incentives.

Flexible schedule with core collaboration hours; fully remote.
