Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome every customer to build genuine, lasting relationships
• Deliver personalized, memorable service that exceeds customer expectations
• Work proactively to meet sales goals and KPIs set by the Store Manager
• Ensure all brand standards are met, including grooming, visual merchandising, and packaging in line with global guidelines

Requirements

• 2 years of retail experience in the fashion industry
• A strong passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect and build rapport at all levels
