Responsibilities

Warmly greet every customer to build strong, lasting relationships from the moment they enter the store.

Deliver a memorable and personalized customer service experience that reflects the brand’s values.

Strive to achieve sales and KPI targets set by the Store Manager.

Uphold all brand standards, including personal grooming, visual merchandising, and packaging, in line with global guidelines.

Requirements

3 years’ experience in beauty or retail.

A genuine passion for customer service and a customer-centric mindset.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and form relationships at all levels.

Singaporean citizens only.

Location & Salary

Location: Orchard / Marina Bay Sands.

Salary: $2200 to $2800 basic + commission + attractive benefits.
