Base pay range $117,600.00/yr - $161,700.00/yr

As a Senior Associate, Onboarding, Retention, & Loyalty, you’ll help lead data and strategy efforts that support member onboarding and long-term engagement. You’ll work across teams to ensure campaigns are effective, personalized, and aligned with enterprise goals.
Use Your Skills To Make An Impact
Lead analysis and reporting for onboarding and retention campaigns.
Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and operations teams to optimize member experiences.
Develop insights and recommendations to improve loyalty strategies.
Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Support governance and compliance activities related to member communications.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing/customer engagement or master’s degree in economics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
4+ years of experience with data visualization, modeling, and reporting tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.
3+ years of experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with onboarding, retention, or loyalty marketing strategies.
Familiarity with customer journey analytics and segmentation.
Experience with data visualization platforms.
Work at Home Information
At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested.
Satellite, cellular, and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership.
Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi‑weekly payment for their internet expense.
Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect members PHI / HIPAA information.
Virtual Pre‑Screen
