About the Role Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first. As a Senior Associate, Onboarding, Retention, & Loyalty, you’ll help lead data and strategy efforts that support member onboarding and long-term engagement. You’ll work across teams to ensure campaigns are effective, personalized, and aligned with enterprise goals.

Responsibilities

Lead analysis and reporting for onboarding and retention campaigns.

Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and operations teams to optimize member experiences.

Develop insights and recommendations to improve loyalty strategies.

Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Support governance and compliance activities related to member communications.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.

4+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing/customer engagement or a master’s degree in a related field.

4+ years of experience with data visualization, modeling, and reporting tools.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.

3+ years of experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with onboarding, retention, or loyalty marketing strategies.

Familiarity with customer journey analytics and segmentation.

Experience with data visualization platforms.

Work from Home

Minimum download speed of 25 Mbps, upload speed 10 Mbps recommended.

Satellite, cellular, and microwave connections may be used only if approved by leadership.

Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates in California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota receive a bi‑weekly payment for internet expense.

Home or Hybrid associates receive telephone equipment appropriate to the business requirements.

Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.

Virtual Pre‑Screen

Hiring process uses HireVue for pre‑screen interviews via text prompts.

Prescreen is approximately 15 minutes and responses are reviewed; selected candidates will be invited to next steps.

Applicants may be asked to provide social security number if not already on file, with instructions sent via Humana’s secure website.

Travel Requirements While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings may be required.

Hours & Compensation 40 hours per week. Base pay range: $117,600 – $161,700 per year. Eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance.
