Base Pay Range $117,600.00/yr – $161,700.00/yr

As a Senior Associate, Integrated Health Analytics, you’ll play a strategic role in analyzing and interpreting data across Humana CenterWell’s integrated health services. You’ll help uncover insights that inform marketing strategies, improve member engagement, and support clinical and operational excellence. Role Responsibilities
Lead analytical efforts that support integrated health initiatives across Humana’s marketing and clinical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute complex analyses to evaluate marketing performance, member behavior, and health outcomes.
Leverage dashboards and reporting tools to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align analytics with strategic goals.
Translate business questions into data‑driven approaches and present findings to leadership.
Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation, documentation, and quality control.
Identify opportunities for optimization and innovation in marketing and engagement strategies.
Develop custom machine learning models such as segmentation, multi‑touch attribution, churn models, etc.
Apply predictive modeling (e.g., regression, random forest, XGBoost, clustering, text mining) to enhance Humana member experiences and generate business outcomes.
Conduct power analysis, hypothesis testing; design marketing A/B tests, support implementation, and present statistical findings.
Advocate and build a discipline for continuous testing, measurement, and iteration.
Communicate complex findings clearly to non‑technical audiences.
Use mathematics, statistics, modeling, business analysis, and technology to transform high‑volume complex data into advanced analytic solutions.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, pharmacy, business, healthcare, or related quantitative field OR 3‑5 years of data analytics or data science experience.
3+ years of demonstrated proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis and modeling.
3+ years of strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
3+ years of experience with setting up causal inference experiments.
Experience in developing, maintaining, and collecting structured and unstructured data sets for analysis and reporting.
Ability to create reports, projections, models, and presentations to support business strategy and tactics.
3+ years of knowledge of predictive modeling and segmentation techniques.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with integrated health data (clinical + marketing).
Master’s degree in a quantitative or healthcare‑related field.
Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards.
Experience with Snowflake / Databricks.
Marketing experience is a plus.
Experience with Adobe Analytics.
Work at Home Information Minimum internet download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended. Wireless, wired cable or DSL connections are acceptable. Satellite, cellular, and microwave connections can be used only if approved by leadership. Associates residing in California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota receive a bi‑weekly payment to cover internet expenses. Humana will provide telephone equipment appropriate for business requirements. Associates must maintain a dedicated workspace to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.
Travel Occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings may be required.
Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 hours per week.
