Job Information Reports To: Regional Marketing Equipment Manager
Work Schedule: Monday‑Friday, Must be flexible
Essential Functions
Oversee all shipping and receiving activities for equipment and parts within the Gulf Region.
Maintain accurate inventory records of all equipment and parts using established tracking systems.
Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to verify contents and ensure items are undamaged and complete.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to schedule shipments and deliveries.
Ensure timely delivery of equipment and parts.
Manage storage areas to keep equipment and parts organized, clean, and properly labeled.
Track and report inventory levels, replenishment needs, and shipment status to the Regional Marketing Equipment Manager.
Assist with asset audits and ensure compliance with company asset management policies.
Troubleshoot shipping delays or inventory discrepancies and coordinate resolutions.
Maintain relationships with freight carriers, shipping partners, and supply vendors.
Unload shipments via forklift or pallet jack as required.
Hand stack special equipment, lifting up to 50 pounds maximum, and band/pack shipments.
Separate, organize, and pack any items sent out for refurbishment or return to other remanufacturers or suppliers.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and wear assigned safety equipment.
Assist with general housekeeping functions within the warehouse and grounds.
Receive used equipment from franchise, sort for remanufacturing or sale, and process orders through computer software.
Complete and process shipping orders, load tickets, truck load forms, and WMS reports for equipment being sent.
Communicate daily with franchises and technicians on orders, backorders, and out‑of‑stock items.
Order equipment when necessary; maintain and update drop ship equipment orders to the franchises by drop‑ship date from manufacturers.
Maintain inventory functions: adding new equipment, remanufactured equipment, and internal refurbished equipment; correctly issue equipment out within the region; maintain accurate counts daily.
Maintain and file all records/invoices pertaining to ME functions: receiving, shipping, equipment inventories, and purchase orders from the region and manufacturers.
Perform other duties as assigned by management such as sweeping, mopping, banding, emptying trash, recycling materials, and cleaning offices.
Meet productivity established by the Regional Marketing Equipment Manager based on workload and business demands.

Exhibit a high level of ethical and moral conduct during work hours and any off‑site function.
Continuously improve through Buffalo Rock provided training; successfully complete assigned training curriculum.

Required Education and Experience
High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate); Required.
Other Skills
Must be Forklift Certified by Buffalo Rock Company.
Read and write numbers and letters on all shipment forms.
