Overview
Location: Dallas, TX or Jersey City, NJ or Tampa, FL. NO REMOTE; 2 days from office per week. Role: Technical Writer with a technical background who can write documentation for a development community. Responsibilities
Develops and maintains user and technical documentation and project process documentation. Understands the user's view of telecommunications technology and can logically sequence procedures. Provides expertise on technical concepts of network applications and/or user groups and structures procedures in a logical sequence. Writes a variety of technical articles, reports, brochures, and/or manuals for documentation for a wide range of uses. May coordinate the display of graphics and the production of the document. Qualifications
