Community Manager - Dallas, TX at RangeWater Real Estate Join RangeWater Real Estate as a Community Manager in Dallas. We are seeking a proactive professional who leads and coordinates a property’s team to achieve budgeted financial and operational goals while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities

Employee champion: manage team, conduct evaluations, interview, hire, orient, and train new hires. Achieve targeted revenue by increasing sales and implementing short- and long-term marketing and leasing strategies; identify areas for improvement for the property. Budget modeling, forecasting, profitability analysis, financial records, invoicing management. Gather and analyze market trends; stay informed of changes in technology, industry standards, leasing tools and processes. Lease enforcement: inspections, evictions, collections, notifications, and related processes. Client/Owner management: conduct property tours, provide performance updates, meet with clients as needed; contractor and vendor management. Ensure safety, cleanliness, appearance, and curb appeal; report maintenance and safety issues; ensure standards compliance. Resolve customer complaints and issues; build relationships within the market and industry. Other duties as assigned. Work Hours and Environment

Schedule: 40 hours per week (may vary by site). Typical site hours: Monday–Friday 9am–6pm; Saturday 10am–5pm; Sunday 1pm–5pm (may vary). Essential Requirements

Weekend availability as scheduled; able to perform essential functions unaccompanied. Office environment with frequent exposure to outside elements where temperatures, weather, odors, and/or landscape may be unpleasant or hazardous. Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or GED. Experience: 1–3 years supervisory experience; prior property management and leadership experience preferred. Industry skills: multi-family property management, sales, marketing, customer service; strong communication, presentation, and delivery skills. Computer: proficiency with internet, word processing, spreadsheets; experience with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite preferred). Licenses/Certifications: Valid Driver’s License. Physical: ability to lift up to 20 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance; frequent standing, walking, reaching, etc.; local travel required; occasional non-local travel.
