Overview The full‑time Media Operations Specialist will serve as the operational hub for our digital marketing campaigns. The role bridges planning and execution, ensuring seamless campaign launches through project management, quality assurance, and cross‑functional coordination across digital campaigns.
Responsibilities
Manage end‑to‑end campaign timelines from planning through launch and reporting
Coordinate across teams (Media Planner, Trader, Tagging team, Creative, Account Management) to ensure on‑time delivery
Create and maintain campaign launch calendars and milestone tracking
Lead campaign kickoff meetings and status check‑ins
Identify bottlenecks and proactively resolve issues to keep campaigns on track
Develop and maintain pre‑launch QA checklists for all campaign types
Conduct day‑of‑launch verification: campaigns live, tracking firing correctly, creative serving properly
Document QA processes and create standardized checklists
Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for campaign launches
Document workflows, escalation paths, and troubleshooting guides
Identify opportunities for operational efficiency improvements
Maintain campaign naming convention guidelines and ensure compliance
Organize campaign data for client meetings and presentations
Assist with Prisma campaign management
Support data gathering and report preparation
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
3‑5 years of experience in digital advertising operations or campaign management
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Background in both programmatic, search, and social media campaign operations
Understanding of ad serving, tracking, and campaign setup fundamentals
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional coordination
Proficiency in project management tools and spreadsheets
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Problem‑solving mindset with a proactive approach to issue resolution
Experience with Prisma or similar workflow management platforms
Agency experience managing multiple clients/campaigns
Knowledge of ad trafficking and tagging concepts
