Change and Communication Management - Business Operations Analysis, Senior Specialist
Overview: Become a Change and Communication Management - Business Operations Analysis, Senior Specialist at Southern California Edison (SCE) and contribute to the NextGen ERP transformation. You will develop and deliver strategic communications guiding employees through change, create executive presentations and collateral, support roadshows and stakeholder engagement, track metrics, and drive change adoption across the enterprise.
Responsibilities
Provides reporting on key metrics related to major programs and initiatives
Develops, produces, and tracks key metrics through automated processes and KPI dashboards
Monitors the creation and storage of documentation and records for project monitoring, ensuring accuracy and completeness to track costs, resources, schedules, and status for management review
Delivers data analysis and business intelligence reports, including complex requests or audits
Coordinates research efforts to inform decision making on priorities and needs
Contributes to process improvement and refinement efforts within the department or operating unit
Develops and maintains systems/tools to facilitate work processes, records management, and communications
Develops and reports on KPIs to measure efficiency and effectiveness of projects and programs
Protects sensitive information and ensures proper data access and handling as part of company duties
Minimum Qualifications
Five or more years of experience performing business operations analysis
Preferred Qualifications
Five or more years of experience developing and tailoring strategic communications for enterprise-wide initiatives, preferably in large, matrixed transformations
Experience creating internal communications materials including executive presentations and stakeholder messaging
Five or more years of experience supporting change management and/or communications tasks
Five or more years of experience with MS Office 360 (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience supporting change management workstreams in complex environments with metrics tracking and deliverable coordination
Experience with Organizational Readiness frameworks and communications planning for ERP or large-scale tech implementations
Experience creating materials that simplify complex business processes and IT features
Experience as a change agent with strong communication, negotiation, and influence skills
Project Management Certification and/or experience with hybrid Waterfall/Agile
Experience with SAP ERP or S/4HANA
Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, communications, marketing, organizational development, or related field
Experience advising on process improvements, operational plans, or business strategies to senior/executive audiences
Experience identifying and implementing process improvements or technology solutions
Additional Information
Hybrid work mode; colleagues report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with remote work on other days. Requires California residency unless noted otherwise. Details discussed at interview. Work mode may change based on business needs.
