Data Visualization Developer

8‑5 EST/CST Monday‑Friday
Responsibilities
Lead execution of features within the Clinical Data Analytics Product Roadmap, developing reporting dashboards for operations and quality professionals.
Design data models and reporting systems that meet business needs, collaborating with Data Engineering and other teams.
Perform data discovery, build datasets, and apply best practices in data management, storage, and operational excellence.
Analyze source systems, define transformation requirements, and document designs.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, escalating technical issues and providing training on reports.
Participate in developing measurement methodologies, KPIs, and quality improvement initiatives.
Gather requirements with business partners and cross‑functional teams, serving as a Technical Product Owner.
Qualifications
6+ years of BI or analytics experience.
6+ years of Power BI development; 3+ years of Tableau.
3‑5 years of relational database and dimensional modeling experience.
5+ years of business intelligence experience and 3+ years of SSMS (SQL).
Experience with data visualization tools, dashboard design, and Agile methodology.
Experience with Microsoft Azure Data Factory or Warehouse is a plus.
Ability to perform ad‑hoc analysis in Excel and/or query Azure SQL databases.
Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business requirements.
Health‑care knowledge, particularly Home Health, OASIS datasets, is preferred.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Remote work requires EST/CST availability.

Submit a work sample notebook (.pbix or PDF) demonstrating Power BI models.
