We are seeking to hire a Beneficiary Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) to our team! Duties and Responsibilities: Design and develop online training modules to support TPM’s marketing, recruitment, and program education objectives related to Beneficiary outreach and the Help Line and EN/VR Help Desk. Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), program leads, and technical staff to analyze training needs and translate requirements into engaging e-learning content. Utilize instructional design best practices and adult learning principles to create course materials, storyboards, interactive activities, and assessments. Implement multimedia assets, including videos, graphics, simulations, and knowledge checks within online training programs using standard e-learning development tools. Deploy and maintain training content in the organization’s learning management system (LMS), ensuring accessibility and tracking learner progress. Evaluate training effectiveness using data analytics, learner feedback, and other performance metrics to drive content improvements. Maintain compliance with Section 508 accessibility standards and other federal guidelines for online learning. Update existing training modules as needed to reflect program enhancements, policy changes, or feedback from trainees and stakeholders. Document all instructional materials, processes, and project deliverables per organizational requirements. Coordinate multiple training development projects simultaneously and provide timely progress reports to leadership. Requirements: Candidates must possess either a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and 2-4 years’ experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or a closely related field, or a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 8-10 years of progressively responsible experience in these areas. Successful candidates will have a demonstrated track record in the end-to-end development of online learning modules, excellent communication skills, and solid proficiency with e-learning authoring tools and LMS platforms. Demonstrated experience in designing and developing e-learning modules, preferably for outreach, customer support, or informational programs. Strong working knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning theory. Hands-on proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate), graphics and multimedia integration, and use of LMS platforms. Familiarity with Section 508 or related accessibility standards for web-based training. Ability to analyze training needs, develop engaging content, and create effective learning assessments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex program information clearly to diverse learners. Effective organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently. Commitment to maintaining regulatory compliance and confidentiality.
