Inside Sales-Marketing Specialist

Provide Inside Sales Services to existing customers and serve as a marketing resource for the Technology Department. Summary of Duties and Responsibilities
Inside sales representative for existing customers. Create proposals and quotes. Recommend equipment and solutions. Work with vendors to create solutions for customers. Respond to public proposal requests. Work with technical resources to solve customer facing issues. Renew contracts and follow up with existing customers. Serve as a Technology Department marketing resource. Launch and manage outbound marketing campaigns. Manage and send communications to existing customers. Oversee the distribution of monthly newsletters to customers. Other duties as assigned or prudent. Education And/or Experience
Two-year college degree or industry sales experience required. Commitment to excellent customer service. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. General IT or Sales background. Marketing experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to multi-task. Ability to use independent judgement, maintain a high level of confidentiality and operate under minimal supervision. Compensation and Benefits
Compensation: $50,000 to $70,000 per year. Salary range broad to allow for movement within organization and depends on credentials. Company-paid health insurance (medical, vision, dental, short-term and long-term disability, and life insurance). 100% 401k match (up to 5% of salary). At Utilitra, base salary is one component of a competitive compensation package for employees. Our pay ranges are broad to allow for movement within our organization and to accommodate different skill sets and levels of expertise. We take into consideration a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, education, and credentials, when determining the base salary offered.
