Job Overview
The Retail Associate Manager works in partnership with the Store Manager to lead and develop the store team to deliver T-Mobile’s aspirations of earning a place in our customers’ hearts and Mobile Associate success.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for infusing every store’s Mobile Associates with a passion for T-Mobile’s Manifesto by thoroughly orienting and grounding them to a standard of Loving Our Customers. Ensure that every customer need is met, and employees build confidence by making their experience comfortable, simple, and solving the whole problem. Complete observations of Mobile Associates’ interactions with customers, including feedback, for development, training & coaching. Manage customer wait times effectively. Stay current on products, services, and promotions. Lead by example, staying up to date on products, services, training, and leadership best practices. Interact with Mobile Associates to ensure they meet or exceed success measurements and complete training on time. Maintain the overall store environment quality and adhere to plan-o-gram standards. Use visual displays effectively. Assist in executing Retail Methods & Procedures. Ensure team knowledge of store systems and communications. Deliver financial results based on KPIs. Manage store expenses, discounts, and credits. The experience you’ll bring:
1 year customer service and/or sales experience, retail preferred Availability to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to lead and mentor teams to deliver results Outstanding communication skills for interacting with teammates and customers What’s in it for you:
