Job Overview
The Retail Associate Manager works with the Store Manager to lead and develop the store team to deliver T-Mobile’s goals of customer satisfaction and Mobile Associate success.
Job Responsibilities:
Infuse store’s Mobile Associates with passion for T-Mobile’s values by orienting them to love our customers. Ensure customer needs are met, building confidence through a comfortable and simple experience. Observe Mobile Associates’ interactions with customers, providing feedback for development and coaching. Manage customer wait times and stay updated on products, services, and promotions. Lead by example, staying current on products, services, and leadership practices, and ensure team meets success metrics. Maintain store environment quality, adhere to standards, and execute retail procedures effectively. Ensure team knowledge of store systems and communications, deliver financial results, and manage expenses. Experience Required:
1 year customer service and/or sales experience, retail preferred Availability for varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays Leadership and mentoring abilities Excellent communication skills Benefits:
