and .Title: Content Configuration Analyst IIWHAT YOU’LL DO:The Analyst, Customer Success Content Configuration is responsible for configuring and maintaining content solutions that support Duck Creek’s Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance core systems. This role involves interpreting industry standards and business requirements to produce accurate configuration specifications, implementing solutions within Agile teams, and ensuring seamless system functionality. Operating on tasks of low to moderate complexity, the Analyst contributes to the effectiveness of the Template Upgrade Team through configuration, debugging, testing, and adherence to established standards.* Configure content solutions for low to moderate complexity Agile stories with guidance from more senior team members.* Interpret and translate industry rules and requirements (ISO, NCCI, AAIS) into configuration specifications.* Debug and resolve configuration issues of low complexity, applying root cause analysis under guidance.* Write and execute automated unit and integration-level tests to validate configuration changes.* Participate in peer reviews of configuration work to ensure adherence to standards and best practices.* Perform basic source code management activities, including check-in and version control.* Assist in estimating effort for configuration tasks to support planning and resource management.* Collaborate within Agile teams to align on requirements, design, and implementation.* Document configuration solutions, testing outcomes, and related processes for traceability and knowledge sharing.* Apply content development standards and best practices to ensure high-quality and maintainable solutions.* Support continuous improvement by adopting new tools, techniques, and methodologies.* Contribute to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the Template Upgrade Team.* Perform other related duties and activities as required.* Act in accordance with and as a good steward of Duck Creek Technologies mission, vision, and core values:* Mission: To empower insurers to reimagine the future of insurance* Vision: To transform insurance technology, helping insurers be smarter, faster, and more efficient, and ultimately provide the best protection for people and businesses* Values: We Prioritize Respect, We Listen, We Care, We Add Value, and We Lead**Competencies:*** Core Employee:* Communication: Effective communication, both verbal and written; preferred in Mathematics, Computer Information Sciences or Business; related work experience can be substituted for educational requirements.* Minimum 1-year related industry experience* PREFERRED:* Familiarity with Duck Creek products and configuration methodologies.* Experience in Property & Casualty insurance software or related technology solutions**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Behaviour's:*** Proficiency in XML/XSLT document design and XPath querying.* Foundational understanding of relational databases and querying.* Knowledge of Agile methodology and its application to configuration work.* Ability to apply root cause analysis during configuration and testing cycles.* Basic skills in source code management and version control practices.* Awareness of P&C insurance products, including Commercial Auto and General Liability.* Ability to configure high-performance, reliable content solutions.* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.* Effective written and verbal communication skills in a team environment.* Ability to manage time and meet deadlines effectively.* Demonstrated collaboration and teamwork in Agile environments.* Commitment to learning and continuous skill development.* Strong attention to detail and quality standards.* Professional integrity and accountability in delivering work.* Resilience and adaptability in dynamic and evolving environments.**Work Environment & Other Requirements:*** Travel: [X] 0-10% [ ] 11-25% [ ] 26-50% [ ] 51-75% [ ] 76-100%* Special Hours:* Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the country of the job location* Physical Requirements: [X] Sedentary Work [ ] Light Work* Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
