Position Responsibilities:
Own the full sales cycle (prospecting, qualification, closing, account management)
Develop and execute outbound and referral-based lead generation strategies
Build and manage relationships with healthcare providers, payers, and industry partners
Oversee or directly manage marketing content, conference/event presence, and referral programs
Create and optimize sales playbooks, reporting, and CRM workflows
Collaborate with CEO and product/clinical teams on go-to-market and product-market fit
Prepare for scale by hiring and mentoring additional commercial team members as growth milestones are hit
Experience & Skills: Required Experience and Qualifications: 5+ years of sales leadership in digital health, SaaS, or healthcare services Proven track record of B2B sales to healthcare providers, payers, or risk-bearing entities Experience building and scaling sales processes in early-stage, high-growth environments Deep network in target customer segments (senior care, value-based care, FQHCs, etc.) Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills Data-driven, with experience in CRM management and KPI tracking Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, cross-functional team Startup mentality: resourceful, adaptable, and results-oriented Compensation $120k Health insurance Retirement plan Unlimited time off Remote/flexible work environment
