Job Profile

Lead and manage Sales, Technical Sales Support, Applications Engineering, Service, and Marketing teams to drive strategic growth.

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with global business objectives, ensuring profitability and sustainable market expansion.

Provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to direct reports, fostering a high-performance, customer-centric culture.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, acting as a strategic advisor and ensuring long-term partnerships.

Collaborate with global leadership to align North American operations with corporate goals and optimize business processes.

Requirements

Minimum 10+ years of leadership experience in sales and marketing, preferably in industrial automation, manufacturing, or ultrasonic technology.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Proven ability to develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans.

Global mindset with experience collaborating across international teams and business units.

Excellent communications skills.
