Overview
United Restoration, Inc. is looking for an IICRC certified technician to work in a dual role of crew leader/content manager for our contents cleaning, inventory and pack-out division, and as water tech. Part-time position.
Responsibilities
Inventory, boxing and packing contents from the customer's home due to water, smoke or soot damage
Clean and inventory contents and carefully pack them for return to the customer's home after cleaning
Identify items that cannot be cleaned or salvaged
Physical labor to including lifting of 50-75 LBs
Able to work independently or with other team members
Well organized and detail oriented
Good organizational skills and time management required
Qualifications
Prior residential construction/general cleaning knowledge and experience preferred
Proven work history demonstrating reliability and dependability
A valid Driver's license and clean driving record are mandatory
Must pass a Background and Drug screening
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience with Xactimate estimating software a plus
Experience with Encircle preferred
