Responsible for the timely, accurate, and high-quality completion of artwork order fulfillment for the Art Department. This role ensures that digital art processing, file preparation, and customer communication are handled in accordance with company standards, meeting or exceeding productivity and quality expectations. The Production Technician also collaborates closely with customer service and production staff, supporting overall workflow efficiency and continuous improvement. Accurately and efficiently process artwork for digital orders based on production requirements and order details. Assess and prepare artwork; recreate or adjust designs as needed to meet quality standards. Communicate with customers via email to confirm artwork, resolve discrepancies, and update on order status. Act as a liaison with Customer Service Representatives to clarify customer details and ensure order accuracy. Utilize professional-level knowledge of: Adobe Illustrator CC or CS6 (Windows); Adobe Photoshop CC or CS6 (Windows). Apply problem-solving skills to troubleshoot digital files, artwork issues, software applications, and production equipment. Follow standard procedures to ensure consistent quality and service. Provide training support for new associates as needed. Create and maintain macros or process automations to increase efficiency. Maintain open communication with management, reporting issues, progress, and suggestions for improvements. Assist coworkers and support other departments as required. Follow company policies, safety standards, and quality expectations. Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality prior to production. Package products as needed and complete related tasks in line with department goals. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Work independently while also contributing to team collaboration. Qualifications

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator CC or CS6. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop CC or CS6. Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Basic computer skills and file management. Adobe Acrobat (DC or Professional). Raster Image Processor (RIP) software. Automation or scripting in creative software (macros, batch processes). Excellent attendance and punctuality. Order fulfillment functions completed in line with departmental quality, accuracy, and productivity standards. Safety and compliance regulations consistently followed. Effective communication and collaboration with team members and management. Demonstrated reliability in supporting coworkers and handling assignments. Apply today and join the fun!
