Your primary responsibility will be to develop relationships with pre-qualified homeowners. You are not responsible for generating your own leads; our rigorous pre-qualification process ensures you are set up for success. Your focus will be on selling, while we handle order processing and post-sale customer service. Your initial 90 days will involve learning our training process and products, delivering a proven sales presentation to customers who need our solutions. Key Responsibilities
Deliver our proprietary sales presentation to homeowners using an iPad Participate in weekly sales training sessions Design new baths using our proprietary iPad software Present pricing and close sales daily Qualifications
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Confidence and poise in public speaking Ambitious, self-motivated, and disciplined Ability to work independently Outgoing and articulate in social settings Previous sales experience is preferred but not required Salary and Benefits
