Position Overview:
A full-time outside sales role focused on developing relationships with pre-qualified homeowners. You are not responsible for lead generation, as our rigorous pre-qualification process ensures you are set up for success.
Your main responsibilities include:
Delivering our proprietary sales presentation to homeowners on an iPad.
Participating in weekly sales training sessions.
Designing new baths using our proprietary iPad software.
Closing sales and delivering pricing on a daily basis.
Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Confidence in public speaking.
Ambitious, self-motivated, and disciplined.
Ability to work independently.
Outgoing, articulate, with a positive attitude.
3-5 years of sales experience.
Valid Driver's License.
Compensation and Benefits:
First-year earnings typically around $100,000.
