We’re hiring a
Digital Marketing Account Manager
to lead client relationships, guide strategy, and oversee performance across SEO, paid media, and content campaigns. You’ll collaborate with internal specialists, analyze results, and make proactive recommendations that move the needle for our clients in the aesthetics and wellness industries. This role begins with a 90-day freelance probationary period to ensure a great fit before transitioning to full-time employment. What You’ll Do
Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients Lead regular meetings, build trust, and translate goals into clear marketing strategies Analyze performance data (GA4, Google Ads, CallRail, Search Console) to create actionable reports Oversee SEO, paid ads, and content deliverables with internal and contractor teams Identify growth opportunities and present data-backed recommendations Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure projects are on time and on brand Contribute to client success stories and continuous process improvement You’re a Great Fit If You Have
3+ years’ experience in digital marketing account management and strategy Strong understanding of Google Ads, GA4, CallRail, and digital campaign tracking Working knowledge of SEO, PPC, and social/content marketing Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills Agency experience preferred—you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love variety Self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities Tools You’ll Use
