Wireless Retail Sales Manager | Alliance Mobile - AT&T Authorized Retailer. Base pay range: $60,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience. As a Store Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the store, leading a sales team to meet goals, delight customers, and drive profitability. You will coach, mentor, and lead by example, delivering entertainment and mobility products in a fast-paced environment. Your Key Responsibilities
Drive success: boost store profits and hit sales targets with strategic planning Lead & inspire: coach and develop your team to deliver strong performance Build your squad: recruit, hire, and guide employees, including tough decisions when needed Run the show: manage store operations, scheduling, and compliance Lead by example: use role-plays and hands-on coaching Wow customers: support transactions and create memorable experiences Onboard with ease: partner with trainers to train new hires Uphold integrity: maintain Alliance Mobile’s standards and expect the same from your team Stay connected: communicate effectively with the Alliance Mobile community Bring your energy: 45-50 hours/week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Get hands-on: lift up to 25 pounds when needed Note: This description outlines a subset of responsibilities; duties may be added or changed over time.
