Wireless Retail Sales Manager – Alliance Mobile, AT&T Authorized Retailer. Base pay range: $40,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr. Location: Louisville Area, KY. This role is full-time and reports to store leadership. Alliance Mobile is an AT&T National Authorized Retailer with 300+ locations across 21 states, focused on delivering wireless and entertainment solutions and memorable customer experiences. What You’ll Do
As a Store Manager, lead a sales team to achieve goals, delight customers, and drive profitability. Coach, mentor, and lead by example to bring entertainment and mobility products to life in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment. Build community connections and foster innovation to create daily opportunities for impact. Your Key Responsibilities
Drive Success: boost store profits and hit sales targets with strategic execution. Lead & Inspire: coach and develop your team to deliver stellar performance. Build Your Squad: recruit, hire, and guide employees, including tough decisions when needed. Run the Show: manage store operations, scheduling, and compliance. Show the Way: lead by example with role-plays and hands-on coaching. Wow Customers: support transactions and create memorable experiences. Onboard with Ease: partner with trainers to welcome and train new hires. Uphold Integrity: uphold Alliance Mobile’s standards and require the same from your team. Stay Connected: communicate effectively with the Alliance Mobile community. Bring Your Energy: work 45-50 hours/week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Get Hands-On: lift up to 25 pounds when needed. This does not include ALL responsibilities; duties may be added or removed at any time. What You Bring
2+ years of sales management experience with a knack for leading teams. Proven track record of achieving sales goals and delivering top-tier customer service. Stellar communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with enthusiasm. Comfort with technology—computers, wireless devices, and more.
