FIELD SALES AND MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE – Techtronic Industries, NA (TTI) TTI is a fast-paced, high-energy organization that rewards out-of-the-box thinking to foster innovation. We provide a multi-faceted training program and hands-on field experience. Our products include professional power tools, outdoor power equipment, and floor care products, with brands such as Milwaukee, AEG, Ryobi, Hart, Oreck, Hoover, Dirt Devil and Vax. In this position, you will drive sales of our premier product lines within one of our largest retailer partners and enhance your selling, account management, and communication skills while launching your career in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Perform best-in-class sales and service to consumers while demonstrating knowledge and enthusiasm for TTI products. Support and implement strategic corporate brand marketing initiatives and promotional activities. Maintain regular contact with store associates and management to cultivate strong relationships. Monitor weekly sales and analyze monthly results to identify opportunities and understand the competition. Participate in the TTI Training Program and implement acquired skills to deliver results. Initiate and provide in-store product training sessions and demonstrations for staff and customers. Plan and execute demo events, store walks, trade shows, and other promotional activities. Develop knowledge of the marketplace (users, applications, products, competition, channels) and communicate competitor market data. Maintain store and product aesthetics through proper merchandising and stock management. Assist with merchandising resets and installations to expand brand presence in stores. Sell directly to customers in the retail environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in retail, field sales, or customer service. Must be at least 21 years of age. Valid United States driver’s license with at least one year of driving experience. Ability to pass a background check and Motor Vehicle Report; possess and maintain valid personal vehicle insurance as the primary driver. Relocation may be required for future opportunities. Ability to work nights and weekends; weekends may be required at different points throughout the year. Ability to work in a retail environment and stand for the duration of shift. Full-time; capable of lifting and transporting heavy tools (up to 50 lbs) and using ladders as needed. Proficient in MS Office; self-motivated and a team player with strong organizational and time management skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: Base pay range $50,000.00/yr - $54,000.00/yr (plus potential additional compensation) Hourly target: $22.59 - $25.00/hour with approximate annual target $47,000 - $52,000 Vehicle allowance: $400/month Medical, Vision, and Dental benefits 401K with company match (50% up to 8% of salary) Paid holidays and PTO (up to 104 hours first year) Location: Locations available Nationwide
