Base pay range $60,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, residential-focused architecture studio known for its high-quality custom home projects. They are seeking an experienced Architectural Designer with a strong background in residential design, capable of managing multiple projects with attention to detail and a proactive approach. The role requires someone who can work independently while collaborating closely with the principal architect and project managers. This role is based in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, with potential for long-term growth.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of residential architectural projects, leading design development and construction documentation

Collaborate closely with the principal architect and project managers throughout all project phases

Produce detailed, high-quality drawings and specifications with strong attention to detail

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and deadlines effectively

Participate in client meetings, city presentations, and coordination with builders and consultants

Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to the studio’s collaborative culture

Communicate clearly and independently while seeking guidance as needed to ensure design intent and quality standards are met

Qualifications

4+ years of professional architectural experience, preferably with a focus on residential projects

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, with the ability to produce detailed construction documents

Experience in high-end custom residential design, including working with historical homes and intricate detailing

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with clients, builders, and team members

Self-motivated with a proactive, take-initiative approach to work and problem-solving

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, open studio environment with a collaborative and energetic team culture

Passionate about delivering high-quality design outcomes and committed to professional growth and development
