Full-Time Truck Fitter - Dealer
Repair and service company seeking a reliable and responsible individual to assist our Service Department. Job Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Interact with customers, listen to their questions and concerns, and provide timely responses. Assist with estimates:
Prepare on-site estimates, invoicing, and repair orders. Scheduling and Monitoring:
Schedule appointments, monitor service progress, calculate charges, and process payments. Parts Coordination:
Work with managers to ensure proper parts are in stock for jobs. Work Management:
Ensure each truck is serviced in a timely manner. Vehicle Tracking:
Log in information and maintain records. Technology Use:
Use iPads and keep organized spreadsheets/charts. Physical Ability:
Able to lift up to 25 lbs. Qualifications:
Automotive experience is a plus (Cars & Trucks). Clean NYS driver’s license preferred. Willing to train the right candidate. Hours:
Winter:
Monday-Friday 7am-4:30pm, Saturday 7am-12pm. Summer:
Monday-Friday 7am-5:30pm. Part-time flexible hours available. Salary:
Based on experience.
