Busy truck repair, fabrication, and dealer company seeking a reliable and responsible individual to help assist our Sales and Service Department.
Job Description, but not limited to:
· Customer Service - Interact with Customers, listen to their questions and concerns and provide timely responses.
· Help assist with estimates, on-site estimate, Invoicing, and repair orders. Assist with sales of truck and equipment.
· Schedule appointments, monitor service progress, calculate charges, and process payment.
· Interact with managers to ensure proper parts are in stock needed for jobs.
· Interact with managers to ensure each truck is being worked on in a timely fashion.
· Vehicle Tracking - log in info.
· IPad usage.
· Data Entry.
· Keep organized spreadsheets/charts.
· Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
Experience: Automotive experience a plus (Cars & Trucks) A clean NYS driver’s license (preferred)
Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-5:30pm Full-Time or Part-Time available
