Our client is seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer/Architect for their office in Fort Worth, TX to work on both shell and interiors projects for commercial and institutional project types.
The successful candidate must be self-motivated, driven, organized and a strategic thought leader.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead interiors and architecture projects throughall phasesincluding programming, space planning, design development, construction documentation & construction administration, FF&E. Develop and manage FFE budgets and schedules Represent the firm as needed in the professional design community Manage multiple projects, staffing and schedules Introduce current design concepts and workplace strategies to clients Present design concepts, materials and furniture to clients QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Registered Interior Designer or Registered Architect in the state of Texas Degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an Accredited Program 5+ years’ experience Excellent leadership, management, communication and presentation skills Experience in AutoCAD, Revit and Sketchup, Adobe Suites Preferred LEED AP preferred
