What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Partner with the Marketing team to provide financial insights on digital advertising spend and customer acquisition costs
Build and maintain dynamic financial models and forecasts to support marketing budgets and investment optimization
Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for improved ROI and margin impact
Leverage SQL, Snowflake, and Power BI to analyze and visualize marketing and sales data
Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, Merchandising, and eCommerce teams to align marketing initiatives with financial objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
4–7 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or merchandising finance
Technical proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, and Power BI
Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and complex formulas
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
