Provide financial insights on digital advertising spend, campaign ROI, and customer acquisition costs to drive profitable growth Build and maintain dynamic financial models and forecasts to support marketing budgets and investment optimization across channels Analyze performance metrics such as conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and media efficiency for improved ROI Utilize SQL, Snowflake, and Power BI to extract, analyze, and visualize marketing and sales data for actionable insights Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, Merchandising, and eCommerce teams to align marketing initiatives with financial objectives What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field 4–7 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or merchandising finance; e-commerce or retail experience preferred Technical proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, and Power BI for data extraction and analysis Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and complex formulas Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
