The ideal candidate is passionate about social media and interior design, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a keen eye and editing skills for visual and written content. You will help shape our brand presence online, build authentic connections with our audiences, and drive engagement through compelling storytelling and video-first campaigns. Responsibilities
Campaign and Content Creation
Develop compelling and engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. Film, edit, and produce high-quality, engaging video content in alignment with brand guidelines. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns aligned with business objectives.
Social Media Management
Assist in influencer and partnership outreach to extend brand reach. Monitor and manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and a positive online reputation. Schedule and publish regular posts, considering optimal posting times for different platforms. Respond promptly to reviews, comments, messages, and mentions, fostering meaningful interactions with our audience. Engage in conversations to build relationships with customers, influencers, industry, and community partners. Identify trends and opportunities within the online community to enhance our brand presence.
Reporting and Analytics
Generate regular reports on key social media metrics and performance indicators. Use data insights to refine strategies and optimize social media activities for maximum impact. Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3-5 years of proven experience in content creation and social media management. Demonstrated ability to grow and engage audiences across multiple social media platforms. Event experience is an advantage. Strong expertise in creating, editing, and publishing short-form video content. Proficiency with video editing tools (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar). Detail oriented, self-starter. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
