Join Dentsu’s Media, investment management and Amplifi teams as an experienced Human Resources Business Partner. In this senior partner role you will develop and deliver people strategies that align with the business plan, coach leaders, lead change initiatives and build organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Act as a senior level partner and deliver people outcomes aligned with the business strategy.

Identify new business strategies and adjust HR strategies to respond to changing business needs.

Serve as a single point of contact for HR processes (hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, rewards, promotions) for leaders of the entity.

Help determine and implement HR programs that grow the entity according to the talent strategy and people aspects of the business strategy.

Co‑coach leaders to develop the next generation of leaders.

Guide people‑related change programs through the assigned entity.

Develop programs to address engagement and employee value proposition issues.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner.

Strong knowledge of HR tools, processes, metrics and analysis.

Knowledge of labor legislation and all HR functions best practices.

Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices.

Compensation The annual salary range for this position is $94,000 – $152,375.
