Description Our Buffalo office is hiring a Graphic Designer to create compelling outdoor advertising campaigns for local businesses and national brands. The role focuses on billboard and digital billboard artwork that is eye‑catching, brand‑aligned, and production‑ready.

What You Can Expect From Us
Monday‑Friday 8:00 am‑5:00 pm office schedule
Hourly range $20 – $22/ hour based on experience
120 hours of paid time off (PTO) that increases with tenure

What We Are Looking For In You
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
A strong understanding of outdoor design and brand guidelines
Excellent visual communication and typography skills
Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines
Basic knowledge of the print production process
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Creative, forward‑thinking, and detail‑oriented mindset
Team‑player with a positive and accommodating attitude
Education and Experience
High school education or equivalent required
Associate degree or up to 3 years college/technical school in graphic arts preferred
Minimum 2 years graphic arts experience preferred
A Day In The Life
Create outdoor and digital billboard artwork, ensuring designs are “outdoor friendly” and schedule‑compliant
Work with clients to adapt existing assets for outdoor use, handling sizing and translation issues
Collaborate with other markets on new digital and PowerPoint campaigns
Manage special design requests and coordinate with printers on artwork uploads and dimensions
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Primary work in an office setting
Light lifting, prolonged sitting, and frequent talking required
Minimal nights away from home (less than 10%)
