Job Summary The Caesars Digital team has an amazing opportunity for someone’s next great career adventure. We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager, RI. This position will be responsible for the development and execution of the marketing and communication strategy for Caesars Digital partner, Sportsbook Rhode Island. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include designing engaging and effective, mobile-optimized, CRM campaigns and templates; developing customer journeys to best maximize customer value and build brand loyalty; providing monthly updates to stakeholders on successes of campaigns and other key marketing metrics; assisting the management of SBRI media agency for all paid social marketing efforts. A successful candidate will be well versed in the limitations of e‑mail clients and how to design attractive, effective e‑mails within those constraints.

Responsibilities

Design and code high-quality, responsive emails.

Collaborate with cross‑department stakeholders to build out email campaigns and customer CRM journeys.

Design highly engaging and compelling creative that is engaging across different platforms.

Troubleshoot display, rendering, and delivery issues across various browsers, clients, and devices.

Communicate clear vision for email best‑in‑class creative and become the email expert.

Maintain awareness of email and marketing trends and make recommendations on optimization tactics and best practices.

Align CRM campaigns and branding with in‑app messaging and other promotional material.

Organize and present customer feedback and insights to internal and external stakeholders to help inform app development road map and improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, MIS, web-development, graphic design or related field.

Minimum 3 years digital marketing experience with understanding of email best practices for design, subject lines, copy, testing, calls to action, etc.

Strong understanding of email design best practices and standards for optimization.

Strong knowledge of implementing responsive design in email.

Strong design aesthetic skills.

Strong HTML and CSS skills.

Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.

Understanding of JavaScript.

Be highly organized and able to prioritize projects in a timely manner.

A can‑do, positive attitude.

Superb attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Experience with XtremePush CRM client a plus.

Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this position is $58,855 – $140,000 USD, dependent on relevant experience, geography, business needs, and market demand. Benefits include medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k)‑matching program; and short‑term or long‑term incentive compensation, including cash bonuses. Paid Personal Time Off and paid company holidays are also provided.
