What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and execute comprehensive field event strategies aligned with marketing objectives
Serve as the primary owner for a portfolio of SailPoint-led and 3rd-party field events, maximizing demand generation
Lead the full lifecycle of event management, from planning and logistics to on-site execution and post-event analysis
Drive engagement and attendance through innovative promotional strategies
Design frameworks to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular event performance reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
4+ years of hands-on experience in field event marketing planning and execution in a fast-paced technology environment
Proven track record of delivering successful field events and activations
Proficiency with marketing automation and event management platforms
Ability to travel 25%-30% for event coordination and execution
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience working with budget management and vendor/supplier management tools
Strong data analysis skills with the ability to derive actionable recommendations
Excellent strategic thinking and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
