owns all sales and marketing functions across all product lines. WHAT YOU’LL DO

Strategic Leadership & Growth

Own Sales and Marketing strategies to meet sales quotas. Identify and capture new business opportunities, strategic accounts, new and legacy revenue growth, brand expansion, and market position. Direct and oversee client acquisitions. Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives, to include owning annual revenue targets, forecasting, pricing, and go-to-market plans. Define product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market approaches. Lead market expansion efforts into new geographic territories and revenue streams. Ensure HTI resources are aligned with prospective new customers in the pipeline. Build and maintain high-level client relationships within C-suite and purchasing; manage corporate relationships with legacy clients and seek out expansion opportunities. Participate in Economic development associations, promoting startup and expansion capabilities. Represent HTI at industry events, conferences, seminars, and networking opportunities, promoting HTI in the marketplace. Ensure development of a high-performance sales team capable of cross selling all services. Advise CEO/Board on industry trends and sales challenges. Influence, collaborate, and hold sales and stakeholders accountable to achieve results. Cultivate a strong team of sales and marketing professionals through hands-on leadership, coaching and mentorship on sales strategies and techniques, ensuring an efficient sales process. Manage pipeline activity to ensure sales quota targets are met. Oversee proposal development, contract negotiations, and delivery. Participate in sales quota development, territory forecasting, and resource planning. Direct sales forecasting activities, establish performance goals, develop and manage sales and marketing operating budgets. Facilitate variable compensation plans based on performance, working directly with Accounting/Finance on commission payouts. Ensure effective control of marketing results, taking corrective action when needed. Participate in cross-functional prospecting teams with Operations. Be an active participant of the Senior Management Team within HTI and the community. Reporting & Analysis

Ensure CRM is utilized and managed. Review and analyze sales performance against goals, programs, and budgets. Provide insights into the effectiveness of strategies, recommending improvements. Monitor expenditures to align with budgetary requirements. Analyze and monitor competitor products, sales tactics, and market activity. Deliver accurate forecasting, pipeline health reviews, and business insights to the CEO/Board. WORK ENVIRONMENT & TRAVEL:

This is a hybrid role based out of the corporate location in Greenville, SC with both office and field work requiring extensive travel both

local and regional

to client sites, networking events, and industry functions. WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE:

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 5 – 10 years of experience in leading sales and marketing in the Staffing, Talent Acquisition, HR or Managed Services industries. Demonstrated success in developing and hitting revenue targets. Proven track record in scaling teams and delivering sustained revenue growth. Experience aligning marketing initiatives with go-to-market sales strategies. Strong leadership and people management skills (managing sales and/or marketing managers). Executive presence with strong communication and influencing skills. Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities. Ability to analyze sales and marketing performance data and act on insights. Strong business acumen and customer-centric mindset. Must reside in the Greenville – Anderson – Spartanburg areas of South Carolina. Preferred:

Prior experience in multi-unit, multi-departmental leadership. Experience with brand development, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies. Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, etc.). Strong network of industry contacts and partnerships. History of public speaking, event representation, or thought leadership in the industry. WHAT WE OFFER:
