Position Overview
Lead paid acquisition strategy and execution across digital channels to drive qualified lead generation and customer acquisition at scale.
Essential Functions / Job Duties
Select, lead, educate, develop and motivate a staff of employees.
Develop and execute paid media strategies across Google Ads, social platforms, and display advertising to drive qualified lead generation.
Provide strategic oversight of multi-million-dollar advertising budget optimization for maximum ROAS performance.
Maintain leadership of A/B testing programs for ad creative, landing pages, and audience targeting optimization.
Establish collaboration frameworks with analytics team on attribution modeling and performance tracking methodologies.
Drive continuous learning and adaptation to platform updates, new features, and industry best practices.
Manage strategic relationships with external agencies and vendor partners for campaign execution and optimization.
Implement performance measurement and reporting systems to track campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
Perform other assignments (or duties) as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Management or equivalent work experience.
Five (5) years’ performance marketing and/or equivalent role such as growth marketing or lead gen.
Experience managing people and marketing teams.
Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in analytics tools.
Experience with marketing attribution and measurement.
