Senior Creative Lead – Social Design – Hybrid in MN
Take the lead on creating innovative social media content that supports Optum’s health equity mission. With a hybrid schedule that requires four in‑office days per week, you’ll collaborate across the Optum Social team, reporting to the Optum Social Associate Creative Director.

Primary Responsibilities
Develop social creative content that aligns with business objectives and the Optum brand.
Apply deep understanding of social platforms, visual systems, and design thinking across all channels.
Serve as lead designer on assigned projects, coordinating design contributors.
Lead and inspire with distinctive creative solutions that advance our brand.
Own multiple projects while maintaining high design quality.
Possess deep knowledge of the businesses, clients, and partners we support.
Monitor and implement evolving social platform creative best practices.
Embrace stakeholder input and successfully drive effective resolution.

Required Qualifications
5+ years of design experience in a corporate or agency setting.
Team management, project leadership, strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
In‑depth knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
Portfolio of social creative (B2B & B2C) that showcases a variety of work across social platforms.
Competencies
Establish effective relationships with leaders, peers, and stakeholders.
Adaptability to fast‑paced, evolving environments.
Effective time‑management and workload‑prioritization skills.
Skill at expressing and managing input and critical feedback.
Effective collaboration skills in person and virtually (email, phone, video conference, etc.).
About the Team Creative Partners is the internal creative team within the enterprise marketing organization at UnitedHealth Group, supporting the Optum, UnitedHealthcare, and UnitedHealth Group portfolio of brands.
Compensation Annual salary range: $89,900 – $160,600 (full‑time). Benefits include a comprehensive package, incentive programs, equity options, and 401(k) match.
