RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan studies and conduct research Collaborate with stakeholders to understand research questions Understand user needs through a variety of research methodologies Synthesizes qualitative and quantitative data into findings and insights Makes recommendations to improve the user experience and usefulness of products Works with designers to iterate and test solutions Keeps up to date on what is happening in the market and with competitors Recruits participants for studies REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's or Master's degree Experience with user research methods such as usability testing, interviews and surveys Ability to lead small to medium projects independently Experience with a survey tool such as surveymonkey.com or Qualtrics Ability to analyze data from studies effectively Basic knowledge of statistics to communicate the significance of research outcomes Ability to prioritize research findings based on the research questions and strategic importance PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Human Factors, Psychology, Anthropology, Human Geography or other relevant subject area 2-4 years of experience Experience researching AI products and using AI to assist with research Understanding of the Jobs to Be Done framework Understanding of the U.S. legal system PAY RANGE
Salary: $107,000 - $216,000 (Durham, NC) BENEFITS
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
