Job Description Performance Marketing Manager

About the Role The Performance Marketing Manager is the engine behind our demand generation and performance strategy. Equal parts data analyst, campaign strategist, and marketing technician, this role ensures we’re attracting, converting, and nurturing the right audience across every stage of the funnel. From launching multi-channel campaigns to optimizing our lead lifecycle and reporting on ROI, this person thrives on experimentation, iteration, and results.

What You'll Do:

Plan, build, and execute paid media marketing campaigns (paid social, SEM, display, etc.)

Manage marketing automation tools and CRM workflows

Run A/B tests and CRO experiments to improve conversion at key funnel stages

Create dashboards and reports that clearly communicate campaign performance and marketing ROI

Manage SEO strategy (on-page + technical) and collaborate with content for growth-driven content

Manage the production of highly effective sales enablement materials such as one-pagers, sales decks, brochures, etc.

Optimize paid media spend across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.

Develop and implement growth strategies and ABM marketing tactics, working closely with Sales and the Sales Director to ensure effective execution and alignment with revenue goals

Collaborate closely with sales to align on lead quality, scoring, and follow-up strategy

What You Bring:

3–5 years in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, finance, or services

Proven success scaling lead gen programs with measurable ROI

Strong data skills (Google Analytics, Looker, HubSpot, etc.)

Comfortable building and managing multi-step nurture workflows

Curious, proactive problem solver with a test-and-learn mindset
