Role Associate Marketing Manager, Lead Generation
at Global Rescue
Responsibilities Lead Generation Strategy & Execution
Implement campaigns to acquire and engage new partners across digital channels in collaboration with the Digital Marketing team (paid search, display, paid social, retargeting, geotargeting, etc.).
Support lead gen initiatives through strategic partner collaborations, co-marketing opportunities and events.
Organize and execute webinars to attract, educate, and convert prospective partners.
Develop and execute lead nurture email campaigns tailored to different partner segments and stages of the funnel.
Assist in outbound lead generation efforts (list development, campaign coordination, and sales alignment).
Content, Collateral & Campaign Support
Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling partner acquisition collateral (presentations, one-pagers, guides, digital assets).
Ensure consistency of messaging and positioning across all lead generation and partner acquisition campaigns.
Coordinate with sales enablement teams to ensure campaign materials are effectively used in outreach.
Team Management & Collaboration
Manage and mentor the Events Specialist, ensuring event execution aligns with partner acquisition goals.
Partner cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations to align campaigns with business development priorities.
Assist in onsite staffing of tradeshows and other events, as needed.
Provide support to the channel partner and marketing teams and assist with various projects as needed.
Analytics & Performance Reporting
Define, track, and report on KPIs for partner lead generation (volume, quality, conversion, ROI).
Maintain dashboards and performance reports to track progress and share insights with stakeholders.
Continuously test, optimize, and refine campaigns based on performance data and market trends.
Qualifications
BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3-5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably B2B demand/lead generation focus
Experience with marketing segmentation and webinar platforms
Strong skills in campaign reporting and analytics
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skill
Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed for the role
Attention to detail, customer service mindset, and a collaborative team player
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have (not required): Experience with SharePoint, ClickDimensions or other ESPs, Dynamics or other CRM systems, Monday.com, and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience running webinars and nurture drip campaigns
