The Events Specialist plays a key role in coordinating and executing high-impact events that support partner marketing initiatives and broader business objectives. This role executes oversight of logistics for trade shows, conferences, and other experiential activations—ensuring flawless execution and measurable ROI. The Events Specialist also assists with multichannel marketing activities tied to these events, including pre- and post-event campaigns, collateral preparation, and digital engagement tactics. Working closely with marketing, sales, and partner teams, the Events Specialist delivers exceptional experiences that strengthen relationships, generate leads, and elevate brand visibility. Key Responsibilities

Event Coordination: Manage logistics for trade shows, conferences, and other events, including exhibitor checklists, booth and display resource inventory organization, vendor management, shipping, registration, and onsite coordination. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and assist in preliminary budget preparation for assigned events. Coordinate pre-event planning sessions with internal stakeholders to align goals, messaging, and deliverables. Execution & Onsite Management: Serve as point-of-contact for vendors, contractors, and event staff. Oversee booth setup, shipping/receiving, and on-site execution to ensure brand consistency and seamless experiences. Create guides, inventory lists and checklists for event staff. Assist in onsite staffing of tradeshows and other events, as needed. Multichannel Marketing Support: Assist in the execution of integrated pre- and post-event marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media support, sponsorship deliverables and geotargeting. Coordinate collateral preparation (print and digital), swag orders, and partner-branded materials to support event engagement. Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure consistent messaging and visuals across all event-related touchpoints. Post-Event Measurement & Reporting: Track event performance against KPIs (leads, conversion, partner engagement, ROI). Manage post-event follow-up processes in coordination with sales and marketing operations. Deliver recap reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. General Marketing Support: Research, quote and order all company promotional items; provide assistance to the marketing team and support other initiatives as needed; act as a flexible resource to balance workload peaks and special projects. Qualifications

BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2-3 years of experience in event planning, trade show coordination or related experience (internship experience considered). Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple events simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident working with cross-functional teams. Willingness to travel and flexibility to work occasional evenings/weekends for event coverage. Nice to have but not required – Experience with SharePoint, ClickDimensions or other ESPs, Dynamics or other CRM systems, Monday.com and Adobe Creative Suite programs. Location:
