We are growing fast and seeking a

hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist

with a strong background in

Paid Media ,

Audience Growth , and

Full-Funnel Digital Strategy

to help scale our marketing efforts across all divisions.

This is a

full-time ,

on-site

position at our

headquarters

in Las Vegas. Remote work is

not

available for this role.

Job Overview: As our

Digital Marketing Specialist , you will

plan, execute, and optimize

digital marketing strategies that

drive traffic ,

attract investors ,

generate sales leads , and grow our brand across

multiple channels .

You will lead paid advertising initiatives across

Search

(Google),

Social Media Channels

( LinkedIn ,

TikTok , and

Meta ), building

custom audiences ,

boosting daily content , and

optimizing landing pages

for conversions.

You will also

support

our broader marketing initiatives/programs by helping to manage

email marketing campaigns

and maintaining CRM and database integrity. However, email marketing will be a smaller part of your overall role.

Using inbound marketing tactics such as search engine optimization, social media, lander conversions, online advertising, and email marketing, you will grow our database and the goal is to convert leads into customers on all levels. Other aspects of your job include marketing operations, channel marketing, and customer marketing.

We need a

jack-of-all-trades ,

hands-on executor

who can turn ideas into live, high-performing campaigns with a focus on

measurable results . You

be a self-starter and work with a team.

Key Responsibilities: Paid Media Strategy & Execution (Primary Focus)

Develop, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across

Google Search, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram , and other key platforms.

Build and manage

custom audiences

and

daily boosted content

strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.

Develop

full-funnel marketing strategies

to drive traffic, attract investors, build revenue, and generate product sales.

Constantly

test creatives , audiences, landing pages, and budget allocations for

performance improvement .

Manage

media budgets

and ensure clear tracking, attribution, and reporting.

Digital Marketing Strategy

Drive

inbound marketing

using SEO, content syndication, social media, email marketing, and lead nurturing.

Plan and execute

website traffic growth initiatives , including

landing page optimization

and

improving conversion rates .

Help

align

marketing efforts with PR,

Investor Relations , and Product Sales divisions.

Email Marketing (Mostly Content)

Support the marketing team by managing select

email marketing campaigns

We have a team dedicated to

cold email;

you will work with them on

Warm Email

strategies.

Help with warm email content and initiatives, nurture sequences, and CRM list hygiene across multiple ESPs (AWS SES, Mailchimp, Mailgun, Zoho Marketing, etc.).

Email marketing and CRM support will complement broader

lead generation

efforts.

Campaign Creation, Content, and Design

Develop and optimize

content

for social media, email, blogs, websites, and paid ads.

Collaborate

with

designers

and

writers

to execute effective campaigns quickly.

Post content on CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify) and manage basic updates.

Analytics, Reporting & Optimization

Monitor campaign KPIs daily and provide actionable insights.

Prepare detailed performance reports for paid media, email marketing, and web analytics.

Use data to continuously improve and evolve campaign strategies.

Technologies You Will Work With + Skills.

Ad Platforms : Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Facebook/Instagram Ads

CRM & ESPs : CRM (Zoho + HubSpot), ESPs (Cold Email services, AWS SES, MailChimp, MailGun, Zoho Marketing, etc), Data Hygiene Services (append and Cleanse), and ability to integrate with multiple systems.

CMS : WordPress, Shopify, Wix

Basic HTML programming, connecting and managing API’s, and management of available offshore resources. An understanding of websites, conversions, affiliate programs, and beyond are positive.

Analytics : Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, CRM reporting tools, trends, SaaS for monitoring and trending, and integration with multiple systems.

Creative Tools : Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) preferred but not mandatory

Social: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across various platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter) to increase our brand visibility, improve our marketing efforts and increase customer engagement. We have multiple social media accounts for multiple products and brands and tracking and reporting all spends to establish and improve our ROI analyses.

All major social media platforms, and syndication software like Sendible.

Qualifications

3+ years experience

in digital marketing, paid media strategy, and audience growth.

Proven track record launching and optimizing successful paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, Meta, and other platforms.

Experience with SEO, inbound marketing, content marketing, and lead generation.

Hands‑on familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot) and basic email marketing.

Strong understanding of custom audience building, A/B testing, and retargeting.

Excellent analytical skills — comfortable interpreting data and adjusting strategies based on performance.

Basic CMS management (WordPress, Shopify) and landing page publishing experience. Familiarity with web design and basic HTML is a plus.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills

Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment

Strong analytical and project management skills.

Ability to work independently, move fast, and manage multiple campaigns at once.

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.

(Bonus) Experience working at a publicly traded company in Investor Relations.

Important Requirements

Must be located in Las Vegas, NV , and able to work on-site full-time.

Must have strong hands‑on experience with Paid Search, Paid Social, and Audience Growth strategies.

Must be able to execute campaigns across multiple platforms with a focus on ROI and growth.
