Campus Apartments has focused on providing housing for college students since 1958. The Assistant Leasing & Marketing Manager reports to the General Manager. This position is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the property to ensure customer satisfaction, fiscal stability and good physical condition. Responsibilities
Assist with leasing to maintain high occupancy and manage renewal offers, responses, and property availability Maintain accurate availability records compatible with the lease renewal report Approve, enter and present rental applications to the General Manager for execution Manage property licenses and renewal processes by liaison with legal counsel and the City Assist with the check-out process to ensure final account statements; accept keys and conduct inspections of vacated units Ensure leases and resident check-ins are accurate and efficient Investigate and respond to resident concerns/complaints in a timely manner, reporting to the General Manager Assist in preparing weekly property performance reports Assist in developing and implementing advertising/marketing programs and resident retention programs Maintain courteous communication with residents, applicants, employees and vendors Answer telephones as needed General administrative duties such as filing and typing Qualifications
Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance (preferred) Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; knowledge of Entrata preferred Strong numerical and data transfer accuracy; excellent typing and record keeping Knowledge of federal, state and local laws and ability to follow through with paperwork and deadlines Excellent customer service and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to think rationally and follow standardized procedures with some deviations Employment type
