Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist located in Albuquerque, NM with potential to grow to full-time. The role involves managing social media accounts, creating engaging online content, analyzing web analytics, and executing digital marketing strategies. Daily tasks include planning and scheduling social media posts, monitoring online presence, responding to user interactions, and coordinating with the creative team to develop marketing campaigns. Qualifications Social Media Marketing and Communication skills Digital Marketing, Online Marketing, and Web Analytics skills Experience with Google and Meta advertising platforms (certification a plus) Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment Experience with content creation tools including familiarity with video and sound capture and editorial is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is desirable
